Kailee Bowman is passionate about the world
of health and fitness.  She has been involved in
sports, especially figure skating, from a young
age. Her own experiences and challenges have
helped to shape her own fitness philosophy and
have given her experience in dealing with a
wide range of fitness training (from competitive
athletic training, injury rehab, and her own weight loss battles). As each for
assessments such as body composition, musculoskeletal, and lifestyle
coaching.  Kailee is a graduate of the Fitness Leadership Diploma Program
from Grande Prairie Regional College and has the following certifications:  
Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise
Physiology and ISPC Level 2 trained Skate Canada Professional Coach.
Kailee has been working as a figure skating coach for the past five years and
has started working in the fitness industry after her graduation in the spring
of 2010. Kailee ran her personal training business DAS Fitness Consulting
out of Grande Prairie, Alberta and has since moved to Victoria, British
Columbia.
Kailee is a firm believer in incorporating fitness into everyday life. Kailee
will help you to find a program that will work best for you and get you onto
the path to achieving your goals and a healthier, happier you!
